Why are my bookmarks no longer working in the new mySFA?

Bookmarks Errors

If you receive an error message when navigating to a previously bookmarked page within mySFA (see example below), the page you’re attempting to access does not exist in the new mySFA.

“Not Found: The requested URL was not found on this server” 

Solution

If a previously bookmarked page no longer works in mySFA:

1. Delete the existing bookmark.

2. Log in to mySFA.sfasu.edu and navigate to the page you would like to save.

3. Create a new bookmark using the updated link.
