Troubleshooting Missing CITI Trainings

Cayuse supports integration with CITI Program to display training data in Cayuse. If you expect to see completed trainings but do not, please review the flowchart below to help with troubleshooting.

 

Please note: Aside from your Primary and/or Secondary CITI email address, your Institutional email address on file in your CITI account must also match your Cayuse profile’s contact email and not the affiliation’s contact email
