A two-week transition is necessary to ensure a smooth changeover between software platforms. These dates will impact your recruitment and hiring timing.

- Beginning July 15, all new postings should be submitted as Requisitions in OHC (formerly known as new posting requests in PeopleAdmin)
- Training is REQUIRED before obtaining access to submit Requisitions in the OHC
July 28:
- Recommend closing all active postings in PeopleAdmin by this date
- Additional applications should NOT be accepted in PeopleAdmin past this date
- Committees should begin making final decisions on all postings in PeopleAdmin
- PeopleAdmin postings will NOT be transferred to the OHC
- HR will assess exceptions and assist if determined necessary
July 29:
- New applicant site goes live
- The previous site careers.sfasu.edu will no longer exist
- Applicants will no longer be able to access or view their existing applications, application history or previous job postings in PeopleAdmin
- New career site launches to include postings for Requisitions submitted and approved in the OHC since July 15
- Requisitions can be submitted after attending training
- Any postings that exist in PeopleAdmin will NOT be transferred to the OHC
- New Requisitions must be submitted in the OHC for applicants to be able to view and apply
- The only postings that will exist in the OHC are those that have been submitted and approved since July 15
- Postings conducted by a third party search firm will be transitioned from PeopleAdmin to NEOED
August 15:
- Deadline to complete all hiring & recruitment decisions in PeopleAdmin
- Must ensure that all postings are formally closed out in PeopleAdmin
- Postings do NOT transfer from PeopleAdmin to the OHC
