The following groups are required to attend training for the Online Hiring Center (OHC):
- Originators - those requesting to post a job
- Subject Matter Experts | Rater - search committee members or chairs
- Approvers - part of the approval workflow
- Hiring Managers - in charge of selecting the final candidate or leading the hiring process
