Entering a Leave Report in SSB9

  1. Login to mySFA
  2. Click on the Report Leave button on the Employee Page

  1. On the Leave Report page, click on the Leave Period you would like to work on

  1. Use the Arrows to the left and right of the dates to navigate throughout the month

  1. Click on the day you'd like to enter leave for in your Leave Report, it will highlight the day blue

  1. Click Add Earn Code

  1. Select the Type of Leave from the drop-down

  1. Enter the number of hours

  1. Click Save

  1. Repeat for additional dates or leave types
  2. To Edit, Delete or Copy an entry on the leave report:
    1. Select the date
    2. Select the leave report record
    3. Utilize the pencil, copy button, or delete button to alter the record

  1. Click YES in top right corner when prompted to confirm changes

  1. Click SAVE in bottom right corner to save changes

  1. To submit your Leave Report, click on the Preview button in the bottom right corner

  1. Review your Leave Report for accuracy, then click Submit
