How do I add a Service to "My Favorites"?

Adding a Service to My Favorites

All faculty, staff and students have the ability to favorite a service.

1. Login to The Help Desk using your mySFA credentials

2. Click on the Services tab

1. Click on the specific Service you would like to save to your favorites for quick access

2. On the Service Description page, click Add to Favorites

Accessing Your Favorite Services

1. Login to The Help Desk using your mySFA credentials

2. Click on the Services tab

3. Click on My Favorites to view your favorite services
