Submitting a Ticket via the Service Catalog

All faculty, staff and students can submit tickets. Available services can be found in the service catalog. 

  1. Go to The Help Desk and login using your mySFA credentials

 

  1. Click on the Services tab, then either Browse the Categories, or utilize the Search function (top right) to locate the appropriate ticket

 

  1. Once you have located the appropriate ticket, select the service, then click Create Ticket or Submit Request

 

  1. Complete all required fields on the form, then select Request or Submit to route the ticket for review and processing
