How can I clear the internet browser Chrome’s cache?

Internet cache is like short term memory in a human.  But sometimes this memory tries to be too helpful and causes errors and problems. This can include Banner errors, webpage errors and others. Sometimes you need to just wipe it out and make the internet browser start from fresh.  Below is how to get your browser to behave.

1. Open Chrome on your computer and go to your favorite web site.
2. Next, click on these 3 little dots in the upper right corner
3. When the menu pops up click on “Settings” like below
4.  Scroll down to the bottom of the "Settings" window and look for the Advanced option
5. This will make the page grow longer so you will need to scroll down again and look for and click on “Clear browsing data” under the section called “Privacy and security”
6. This will pop up a new window called "Clear Browsing data"
   1. Click on the drop down menu “Time range” at the top and change it to All Time like below
   2. You only need to have the below check boxes(circled in green) checked, however if you have more it will work just as well

      

7. Close the Chrome browser and start it again; it should be a good kid now.
