Clearing your Cache in Chrome

  1. Open Chrome and click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner, then click Settings

    • Alternatively, you can hit CONTROL + SHIFT + DELETE on your keyboard as a shortcut to get directly to the menu, then proceed to Step 3

 

  1. In the Privacy and security setting, click Delete browsing data

 

  1. Ensure that all check boxes are checked, then click Delete data

 

  1. Restart Chrome to verify that you're now able to access Banner

 

Clearing your cache in Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Microsoft Edge and click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner, then click Settings

    • Alternatively, you can hit CONTROL + SHIFT + DELETE on your keyboard as a shortcut to get directly to the menu, then proceed to Step 3

 

  1. In the Privacy, search and services setting, locate the Delete browsing data section, then click Choose what to clear next to the Clear browsing data now item

 

  1. Select All time in the Time range dropdown, ensure all check boxes are checked, then click Clear now

 

  1. Restart Microsoft Edge to verify that you're now able to access Banner

 

Clearing your cache in Firefox

  1. Open Firefox and click on the 3 stacked lines in the upper right corner, then click Settings

    • Alternatively, you can hit CONTROL + SHIFT + DELETE on your keyboard as a shortcut to get directly to the menu, then proceed to Step 3

 

  1. In the Privacy & Security setting, click Clear data beneath the Cookies and Site Data section

 

  1. Select Everything in the When dropdown, ensure the first three check boxes are checked (History, Cookies and site data, Temporary cached files and pages), then click Clear

 

  1. Restart Firefox to verify that you're now able to access Banner
