How can I convert a Word  document into a PDF?

Why world might you need or want to do this?

1. You do not want some else to change your hard work.  A PDF is like a picture of your document.  It also preserves the formatting, fonts, images of your hard work.
2. It is better to send a PDF in an email because of size and any computer or device can open it.
3. Everyone can receive a PDF by email

1. First, type up your document and add any pictures and tables you want.
2. Next, save your document like normal.
3. Click on  again and choose
   1. Notice in the screenshot below that OneDrive is an option to save to.  Any files saved here is safe from disasters or loosing. It is the SFA approved Cloud.

       

       

4. Once you choose where you want to save your file a window will pop up.
5. Click on the drop down box “Save as type:”
6. Choose PDF like in the picture below
7. Click the Save button.
8. Now you can treat it like any other PDF just attach it in an email.
