Adding Instructor-Supplied Questions to Course Evaluations
Adding Instructor-Supplied Questions to Course Evaluations
Login to mySFA and click Resources under Quick Navigation on the right.
Click the "Course Evaluation Reporting" link located in the “COURSE EVALUATION AND SURVEYS” box (this will open a new tab in the browser). This will allow the faculty member to view a list of courses that they instructing for the specified semester.
Click the "My Questions" link near the bottom of the page to create custom questions.
Once all questions have been created and saved, click on the "Add" link under the "Instructor Questions" column in the search results.
Select the scope of the questions (how and when they will be used), then click "Save". Available choices are:
This Course Number, This and all Future Terms
This Subject, This and all Future Terms
This Course Number, this Term ONLY
This Subject, this Term ONLY
This Section, this Term ONLY
Select the questions to add to a particular course evaluation, then click "Continue".
To preview the evaluation with the additional questions, click the Preview Template icon for the specific evaluation under the column heading "Pre".
