How to enroll your Macintosh in JAMF

JAMF is the Unified Endpoing Management (UEM) system used by SFA on all MacOS computers to install software and software updates, change device settings, install operating system updates and other management functions.  This article will explain how to enroll your SFA owned MacOS computer into JAMF.

1. Using a browser on your MacOS computer, enter the url https://sfasu.jamfcloud.com/enroll/?

2. Enter your mySFA username and password into the appropriate blanks on the web site. See figure 1.

3. Click the continue button on the next window. This will download the necessary files to your computer in order to enroll your computer. See Figures 2, 3 and 4.

4. Double click the file (Figure 4) and the installer will run. Click the Install button. See Figure 5.

5. Click the Install button on the next window. See Figure 6.

6. On the next window enter your mySFA password when prompted. See Figure 7.

7. Once you see "The enrollment process is complete" you may close your browser. See figure 8.
