When a delegate is done with the request or report preparation, they will have the option to notify the employee.
Once the Notify Employee button is clicked, an email from Concur will be emailed to the traveler with a link to the report.
A user or delegate can tell if the employee was notified by the green page icon.
The email will be from autonotification@concursolutions.com. If a traveler is not receiving emails, they will need to check their spam, ensure the correct email is setup in the user's Concur profile, and that the email is verified.
Click to open and review the request or report. Once reviewed, click Submit in the top right-hand side.
If the user has any questions about the request or report, they may make changes or contact the delegate that prepared it.
