Your Department’s Organizations (ORGS)
Each Department or Office will have their own Organizations, also known as ORGS within Dynamic Forms.
Each Department will have a:
- Sandbox ORG: used for building and testing forms
- Example: SFA - DepartmentName Sandbox
- Production ORG: used to manage and process live and published forms
- Example: SFA - DepartmentName
ORG Settings in Dynamic Forms
There are 2 email addresses that can be altered within the ORG settings, however it is recommended that these 2 emails match (example: if using donotreply@sfasu.edu, it is recommended to use it in both the Reply-To Email Address and the Return for Revision Email Address).

- Reply-to Email Address
- This is the email address any Dynamic Forms related emails comes from and allows participants to hit reply to send an email back to that specific address for the ORG.
- Defaults to: donotreply@sfasu.edu
- This is a no-reply email address with an inbox that is not monitored available for University use.
- Custom:
- Departments can choose to have any responses to Dynamic Forms triggered emails go to a different inbox that is specific to their department for streamlined tracking and processing such as:
- department_forms@sfasu.edu
- NOTE - if creating a new generic email account, a Generic Email Account Request must be submitted and processed before the email can be utilized in Dynamic Forms.
- Return for Revision Email Address:
- This is the email address that forms that are returned for revisions comes from within Dynamic Forms for the ORG.
- Defaults to: donotreply@sfasu.edu
- This is a no-reply email address with an inbox that is not monitored available for University use.
- Custom:
- Departments can choose to have forms that are returned for revision to participants come from an email specific to their department such as:
- department_forms@sfasu.edu
- NOTE - if creating a new generic email account, a Generic Email Account Request must be submitted and processed before the email can be utilized in Dynamic Forms.
Accessing your ORG in Dynamic Forms
- Log in to Dynamic Forms with your mySFA username and password.
- Use the drop down menu to select one or more of your desired ORGS (use CTRL+Click to select more than one ORG), then click Apply.
- Alternatively, you can click Save as Preference to always have the selected ORGS appear upon each login. Each time you Save as Preference, your selections will be updated.

Your department's ORG(S) will then appear displaying any forms that already exist, listed with their related work queues.
