STEP 1
Click the System Settings icon. In the settings window, find and click Internet Accounts in the list on the left. You may need to scroll down to find it.
Then, click the entry labeled Exchange on the right.
STEP 2
Confirm that the account listed at the top matches the account you wish to remove from the Mail app. Then click the Delete Account button.
When asked “Are you sure you want to delete the account?” click OK.
Account removal is now complete.
