How do I view my submitted tickets in the Service Catalog

General Information

All faculty, staff and students can utilize the ITS Request System.

*Please note: You can now easily request services and online help using the ITS Service Catalog which is part of the ITS Request System.

 

Browsing Services

  1. Click on the Services tab on The Help Desk home page

  2. Browse through the service categories until you find the service you need

  3. If the service is requestable online, click on the Submit a Ticket button and fill out the form to submit a ticket

  4. Your request will be immediately routed to the appropriate technicians

 

Searching for a Service

  1. Click on the Services tab on the The Help Desk home page

  2. Click on the Search tab in the secondary navigation bar

  3. Input the service you are looking for in the Search field and press Enter

  4. Click on the service you are searching for

  5. If the service is requestable online, click on the Submit a Ticket button and fill out the form to submit a ticket

  6. Your request will be immediately routed to the appropriate technicians

NOTE: You can also use the general search bar at the top-right corner of the home page; however, that will include search results for knowledge base articles as well as services.
