Email & mySFA access after graduation
Hey there,
How long should a student still be able to access their jacks.sfasu.edu email and mySFA login after graduation?
Are students notified before these stop working?

Students are able to keep both their mySFA accounts as well as their @jacks email account after graduation, but the amount of time varies depending on the degree earned.
Undergraduates keep their accounts for 18 months after graduation. Graduate level students keep their accounts for 24 months after graduation.
The student does receive notification of this upon graduation.
