Calendar sharing permissions

Is it possible to share my Outlook calendar with an address outside SFA with permissions level other than "Can view when I'm busy"? If so, please share instructions.

Updating from Monterey to Sonoma/Sequoia

My office computer is a 2021 iMac with an M1 chip. It came with Monterey. It's compatible with Sonoma and Sequoia. Is there any SFA-specific reason that I can't or shouldn't update it to Sonoma? (I'll wait on Sequoia.)
