Incorrect information on Article ID: 78877
Good morning,
We received a call this morning about Duo. The student said they could not get through to the Help Desk. I checked the article on Duo. The contact information is 936-468-4367 for the Help Desk, but I'm sure that is why they could not get through because the number is incorrect.

I've submitted a draft that includes the correct contact number. Once approved the issue should be resolved. Thanks for the catch!
