Adobe Lightroom and other products
When I open Lightroom on my SFA-provided Macbook, Lightroom crashes at launch. I do not have this issue on my work Mac Mini. I've used the Self-Service app to install the Creative Cloud, as well as downloading it from the web, but neither way resolves the issue. Are there any suggestions to correct this problem? Thanks in advance.

You can submit a ticket to have the Tech Shop look at the computer and get the software working. The SFA Computer Support ticket can be found here - https://help.sfasu.edu/TDClient/2027/Portal/Requests/ServiceDet?ID=26333
