Create a contact list on a Mac

Each semester I setup a contact list for each my courses to enable easier email distribution.  On Outlook online, I have no problem creating or seeing these lists, but in my office I have a Mac, and I am unable to create or see these lists.  Is there a reason why this function doesn't work on a Mac?

I suspect you are using the Mail app on the MacOS computer. The contact list you created in the online version of Outlook is only usable by Outlook. You should be able to download and install Outlook for MacOS and access the list that way. Outlook for MacOS can be found here - https://apps.apple.com/us/app/microsoft-outlook/id985367838?mt=12

I use Outlook on my Mac. I had to uncheck a box in the preferences to allow it access to contacts stored on the computer. - Dylan Parkhurst Wed 9/28/22 8:07 AM
