In order to change your mySFA username, an official name change must be done in Human Resources (for employees) or the Registrar's Office (for students). Once your legal name is updated in our ERP system (Banner) a username change may be requested.
Create a ticket providing full legal name, Campus ID number, current MySFA username, and a contact phone number or non-SFA email address. Indicate if you are an employee, a student, or both. Please note that a username change will necessitate an interruption in services while name change is performed and systems update.
