Previously named Software/Hardware Review Request -- same ticket, new name
Before purchasing or renewing services for an electronic information resource (EIR), campus members must submit an Electronic Accessibility and Security Review ticket. This ticket initiates a multi-layer review and assessment of the software or hardware in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
This yearly assessment of software and hardware purchased on campus reinforces SFA's dedication to ensuring that our EIRs are accessible to all users.
