Call Forwarding to Voicemail or Another Phone

Multi-Line Phones

Forward All Calls

Sends incoming calls to another number.

Establish Forward

  1. Pick up handset (or press Speaker).
  2. Press FWD ALL or CFA
  3. For local number enter 9 plus 7 digit number

Or

For long distance number enter 9+1 plus 10 digit number

LED will illuminate red.

  1. Hang up handset (or press Speaker).

Cancel Forward

  1. Pick up handset (or press Speaker).
  2. Press FWD ALL or CFA
  3. Hang up handset (or press Speaker).

  3. For local number enter 9 plus 10 digit number

For long distance number enter 91 plus 10 digit number

  2. Dial #4
  3. Hang up handset (or press Speaker).

  3. Dial 6245 for voice mail. (LED will light red)
  4. Hang up handset (or press Speaker).

Cancel Forward

  1. Pick up handset (or press Speaker).
  2. Press FWD ALL
  3. Hang up handset (or press Speaker).

Single Line Phones Call Forward All to Voice mail

Sends incoming calls to voice mail.

Establish Forward

  1. Pick up handset (or press Speaker).
  2. Dial * 4
  3. Dial 6245 for voice mail. (LED will light red)
  4. Hang up handset (or press Speaker).

Cancel Forward

  1. Pick up handset (or press Speaker).
  2. Dial # 4
  3. Hang up handset (or press Speaker).
