Banner Outage - Wednesday, September 14, 6:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.

Beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 14, Banner Admin (Banner 9) and Self-Service Banner will be unavailable due to unscheduled financial processing to prepare for the end-of-year close.  We anticipate all services restored by no later than 10:00 p.m.

Beginning:          Wednesday, September 14 at 6:00 p.m.

Ending:                 Wednesday, September 14 at 10:00 p.m.

Impact:                 This outage will affect all Production Banner Admin and Self-Service Banner (SSB) including services on our webpages that integrate with Banner listed below.  WebFocus reporting and UC4 Application Manager will also be unavailable during this time. 

Please note the following services will be unavailable during the outage window:

  • Electronic Class Schedule
  • Course Evaluations and Surveys
  • Check Admission Status
  • Lookup your PO Box Information
  • Order your Stone Fort Yearbook
  • Missing Student Notification – Confidential Contact Info
  • UPD Property Registration
  • Scholarship Search
  • PO Box Admin
  • Schedule Planner
  • 1098-T Electronic Consent
