Campus Migration to Exchange Online

Lumberjacks,
Over the next few weeks, ITS will begin migrating email to Exchange Online, which is part of the Office 365 application suite.
Users will see the following benefits:
- Email storage up to 100 GB
- New email archiving options
- Improved calendar sharing with students
- Better integration with other Office 365 applications
- Easier mobile device setup
During the transitions users may notice the following:
- mySFA login prompt within Outlook
- Popups that require Outlook to restart
- Removing and adding the email account to mobile devices
- Removing and adding the email account to Apple computers
ITS will communicate directly with each department to coordinate and will notify users individually before their mailbox is moved. Detailed information will be provided by the Help Desk along with personalized customer support. We appreciate your support during this transition.
