Please note that not all forms have the ability to change the Requestor.
Locate the desired service, select Submit a Ticket or Create Request to open a ticket request form

Locate the Requestor field on the ticket form
You can begin typing a name into the Requestor field, or click the Search icon (magnifying glass) to search for the user in the directory and select their name
NOTE: By default, your name is populated in the Requestor field
