Can I submit a Ticket on Someone's Behalf?

Submitting a Ticket on Behalf of Someone

Please note that not all forms have the ability to change the Requestor.

 

  1. Locate the desired service, select Submit a Ticket or Create Request to open a ticket request form

  2. Locate the Requestor field on the ticket form

    • You can begin typing a name into the Requestor field, or click the Search icon (magnifying glass) to search for the user in the directory and select their name

    • NOTE: By default, your name is populated in the Requestor field

  1. Once the form is submitted, the request/ticket will be in their name
