Disabling Private Addressing on iOS Phones

Phones running the iOS operating system have a new feature that randomizes the MAC address for different WiFi networks. This feature is enabled by default, but can be disabled for specific WiFi networks. When connecting to SFA networks, users should disable this feature in order for the device to connect to the network and function properly.

1. Open the Settings app and then tap "Wifi"

2. Tap the blue information button next to the network name

3. Turn "Private Address" off.
