Outage Notification: Login issues to Banner and mySFA and other systems



This morning Friday April 30th, 2021 we are experiencing connections issues to our main backend database.    This effects the following services.  We are working with Oracle to resolve the issue and will send follow-up email with updated information on the event.   


Banner XE (Banner Admin)

Self Service Banner (SSB)

mySFA login

CAS (Single Sign-on to many systems)

App manager (Scheduling product)


Access control for door access in some areas


Note:D2L is up but login appears to be slow.
