Project Management Office (PMO)

General project proposals and proposals for software implementations or major software upgrades.

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, managing, controlling and communicating on all phases of a project. Projects at SFA generally includes two types, software implementations and custom programming. The Business Analyst is responsible for investigating business systems, identifying options for improving business systems and bridging the needs of the business with the use of ITS. At SFA the PMO provides both Project Management and Business Analyst services within projects and through committee representation.

Submit a Project Proposal for review by the PMO for the following:
**New Software Over $30k for the Full Term/Life of the Contract
**Custom Build Development by SFA ITS
**Large Upgrade to Existing Software that Requires SFA ITS Support/Services
**Business Process Review for Technology Support Assessments

Software/Hardware Review Request

A review of accessibility and security for software and hardware.
