Hi, I've been trying to access my Qualtrics account and in the last couple of weeks have been getting this error message every time I attempt a login:

We were unable to process your username or the username doesn't exist in our system. ...

AXEcepted Day Registration

Good morning,
When I attempt to click to register on an AXEcepted date registration, it takes me to a blank page. There is no option to register.

Add Link for Employee

Can we add the link to Slate to the main MySFA page? Ideally above the training section in the middle.
There is not currently a link to slate anywhere on the MySFA website or the main website.

Employee icons gone

When I log into mySFA all of my employee options are gone. I only have faculty as a portal. I am unable to access my email as well.

Advisor Tab missing for Student employees
